RoboGames is the Olympics of robots.The games have about 50 different categories in which Roberts are competing with one another. some of the events are combat robots, fire-fighters, LEGO bots, hockey bots, walking humanoids, soccer bots, sumo bots, and even androids that do kung-fu. Some robots are automatic, some are remote controlled .Any one who has a robot can enter as a participant in the event.Organizers are expecting approximately 3.4 tons of robots in this events.RoboGames runs from April 15-17 in San Mateo, CA.The stands are filled with people watching 340 pound robots shoot flames and smash into each other and androids cart-wheeling down the soccer field.
