Apple confirmed that it will not source its upcoming A6 chip from Samsung, which currently supplies Apple's A5 chip and also produces the A4 line of processors found in iPhone 4,ipod and iPad.
There were couple of patent lawsuit fighting between these technology majors. Apple charged Samsung for copying Apple's designs to its mobile devices. Apple also put allegations in replicating its designs.
The launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 which is thinner than iPad 2 model in the same month makes apple to stop all the partnership between them.
Apple hand over the order to manufacture the next version its chip codenamed A6 to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).Apple products with A6 chips ,possibly iphone6 will released by end of 2012
